Ranch Chicken Macaroni Salad Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 (2.25 ounce) can chopped green olives
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 (10 ounce) can chicken chunks, drained
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch-style dressing mix
- 2 teaspoons paprika
Ranch Chicken Macaroni Salad Directions
- Start by bringing a pot of water up to a boil.
- Add in the macaroni, and cook it until it is good and tender, about 8 minutes.
- Drain the macaroni, and pat it dry.
- In a medium size bowl, mix together the celery, olives, mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, chicken and the ranch dressing mix.
- Stir in the macaroni until it is mixed together good.
- Refrigerate for a few hours.
- Sprinkle some paprika over the top for taste and decoration.
- Serve for dinner!
